Well, what could that be? To make it short: I am (once again) frustrated about the way CSS works (or better: the way, CSS should work, but doesn’t).

No, it’s more than that, more than just frustration: While I see the usefulness of CSS I hate it!
I hate how you have to look throughout the web just to find complicated solutions for simple problems like centering elements vertically or horizontally. I hate it when setting a length of elements to 100% sometimes doesn’t work as every human being would expected and how you often have to use a fixed lengths or widths when you don’t or can’t because things do not work in another way. I hate how you have to fiddle around with floats just to do some kind of newspaper-style textfloating around images. And I especially hate people that want to tell you that tables are “old-style” and CSS-based layouts are “the holy grail”!

Aua, das tat weh. Gottseidank hab ich mir diesen Müll nur beim Zappen hin und wieder mal reingezogen, auch in der (natürlich vergeblichen) Hoffnung, dass da irgendwas musikalisch hochwertiges präsentiert wird. Was ja angesichts von Namen wie Heinz Rudolf Kunze oder Roger Cicero nicht ganz unwahrscheinlich war. Aber weit gefehlt.

Früher hieß es mal als Warnung “Big brother is watching you”, heute scheint es kaum jemanden mehr zu interessieren, wenn der eigene Lebenslauf im Internet nachverfolgt werden kann.
Wer es darauf anlegt, kann jedenfalls ohne Probleme mehr über einen Internetnutzer rausfinden, als den meisten lieb sein kann. Dem Staat mit seinem immer mehr ausufernden Reglementierungs- und Ãœberwachungswahn (dessen Wirksamkeit im Ãœbrigen in Bezug auf die Bekämpfung terroristischer Aktivitäten äußerst fragwürdig ist) kann das nur lieb sein. I know I did not update any of my widgets nor did I answer mails regarding them. Well, to be honest, at the moment my intention or motivation doing that is around zero. In other words: Every development is on hold. Several reasons lead me to this (like frustration on certain things in my life). Well, nothing more to say, I guess. Sorry, if something doesn‘t work. You can leave me a message, but don‘t expect me to answer.

Okay, recently tried out wordpress after I did some widgets for Mac OSX, projects which are on hold at the moment. Don‘t know if there will be new content in here.
